Designed by Mim Design, the space features double glass doors that open into an unassuming dark interior, crafting a feeling of hidden escape. The spatial planning in the showroom has been carefully curated into two areas. One side displays products side-by-side; the other includes groupings of products replicating differing kitchen styles and finishes, a kitchen, meeting area and event space. The showroom’s design is true to the building’s period architecture and works to emphasise its character. The distressed ceiling is painted charcoal, to draw the eye to product level and achieve a ‘burnt’ effect that makes the lighting and product pop. Everything in the showroom relates back to food and the world class Sub-Zero and Wolf products, from the chopping board reception desk, to the demo kitchen with its round edged monolithic stone bar.
