One of our latest discoveries, the young Paris-based duo RMGB, strike a chord once again with their renovation of a home in Asnieres Sur Reine, north west out of Paris. This 150sqm interior is yet another testament to Baptiste Rischmann and Guillaume Gibert’s ability to perfectly harmonise the minimalist with the ornate heritage elements for an effortlessly elegant look.An abundance of white unifies the old and the new, and provides a perfect canvas for the crisp edges of the contemporary insertions such as the joinery. The interior is brought to life with a carefully edited selection of contemporary furniture and lighting, with oversized artwork and photography animating the spaces so beautifully. The scattering of pot plants in the living area adds an element of the unexpected, and gives the interior a sweet and human touch. We dig! See more posts by RMGB on Yellowtrace.
