Concept Product Design deals with all those interesting objects we’ve uncovered that fall outside the commercial product category – i.e. designs which are prototypes, experiments, graduation projects, interpretations, small runs & limited editions etc. We realise these aren’t as useful to interior designers, architects and design enthusiasts when they are looking to source or specify product for their projects, however this category links back to the core philosophy of Yellowtrace which is celebrating and acknowledging many creative disciplines, even those we may not be working in (or with) directly. Our mission is to actively inspire, challenge and expand the minds of creative professionals, broaden their horizons, bring new ideas to the table in order to make them the very best version of themselves. Our coverage of Product Design has grown significantly, which is why we are splitting it onto four separate roundups in order to keep the posts more specific.
