With deeply rooted food experience in its DNA, FoodX treats food as a comprehensive experience, combining modern menus with unique interiors. Located at 17 Marszałkowska Street in Warsaw, the brand’s latest outpost has been completely transformed. Contemporary art, AI and luxury streetwear are some of the references incorporated into the project by Lukasz Staniewski of Nova Studio (ex-Isern Serra Studio in Barcelona.)

The design expands the interior across two levels while giving it a fresh, modern character that draws inspiration from the FoodX group brand language.

The ground floor with a mezzanine is where the new colour palette was introduced. Exposed bricks on the walls and ceilings were painted in a warm, light beige tone, the same colour also appearing on the concrete floor, creating a calming, monochromatic background. The signature pastel colours have been reinterpreted in steel forms wrapped with colourful gradients, appearing as the two dominant elements in the interior—the bar cladding and the mezzanine’s balustrade.

To maximize the space, fixed elements, like the upholstered sofas, were placed by the window and the wall next to the bar. The unique finish of the sofa with silver metallic fabric gives the interior a sci-fi edge. The vivid neon green tables paired with sofas are complemented with custom-made mint green furniture. The high bar table draws attention in the centre with its shiny stainless steel finish. An integrated LED screen on the countertop elevates the dining experience, offering culinary and visual delight. The use of LED screens is another characteristic feature that was applied in all the spaces. The screens appear above tables as quasi-futuristic lighting elements.

The mezzanine became a lounge zone dedicated to larger groups and events. Its monochromatic tone is dominated by silver fabric on the sofas and steel tables with LED screens. The raw, minimalist aesthetics create a contrast with pink LED ceiling lighting.

The redesign expands the restaurant into the basement, transporting visitors to another dimension. Resembling a futuristic dream, the interior is filled with mirrors, steel furniture and metallic curtains—a visually arresting setting where every visiting customer is the protagonist. Placed in the centre of this futuristic scenery is an antique graffiti-covered sculpture, giving the space a unique, surreal character that blends the past with a vision of the future. The visual experience is complemented by graphic animations appearing on LED screens seen all around, transforming conventional dining into an immersive, multisensory experience.
