It is with great pleasure we unveil our very own Video Highlights from Milan Design Week 2018, directed and produced by Team Yellowtrace, together with our awesome Milan-based filmmaker, Giacomo. Think of this post as a video version of our epic Milan Design Week 2018 Highlights, plus a few extra bits and pieces thrown in for good measure. This video brings together the highlights from all the installations and events we’ve attended around the city, that fall outside the furniture fair at Rho (also known as the big kahuna – Salone Del Mobile). We’ve visited official design districts like 5Vie, Tortona, Brera, Ventura Centrale & Ventura Future, Isola, and so forth. We’ve been to countless group shows located at various galleries scattered around the city, including stand out installations like Studiopepe’s Club Unseen, Hermès’ sublime installation at Museo della Permanente (pictured), Nina Yashar’s Nilufar Depot, the brand new design precinct ALCOVA located in a former panettone factory, etc, etc. We also saw lots of Australian designers in Milan this year which has been fantastic. Of course, there’s so much MORE packed into these four quick moving minutes that I simply cannot mention here, but I sincerely hope you will love it.If you are after the ultimate overview of Milan Design Week & Salone del Mobile 2018 (and you live in Australia) come to one of our legendary MILANTRACE talks – presented in partnership with Living Edge and hosted across various venues around the country which officially kick off TONIGHT in Brisbane. Or at least it seemed to. I strongly believe that one test of anything good, a video, a story or any presentation is that it leaves you wanting more. kapm kapm Reply Milva May 28, 2018 a little bit slower would be nice :) Reply Sharon Hills May 30, 2018 Loved the Video, very professional!
