Spirit Animals.Anatomy of a Lion.Lord Whitney in their Leeds studio. Contrary to what the name suggests, Lord Whitney is not an upper class gentleman. As they should, cause man or man, these ladies are good. I mean REALLY good. Lord Whitney for Supermarket Sarah. The Noble Lord by Lord Whitney and Kirsty Noble.Canaries. Lord Whitney span the area of Set Design, Art Direction and Prop Making. They work with clients to conceptualise and develop visual ideas for projects; which they then design and make. This includes set design, costume design, props styling or anything in between. “From editorials and photo shoots to music videos and interiors, we’ve put our creative stamp on a huge variety of weird and wonderful projects.” Behind the scenes for recent editorial shoot with Hunger Magazine Issue 5. The theme was revolutionaries, so shown here are LW’s ‘Marvellous Machines and Ingenious Inventions’. All the props are built in their studio situated in an old mill in Leeds, UK. Their work often involves elements from their childhoods, with playfulness and a sense of fun that reminds us life should never be taken too seriously. The pair are masters of taking people outside their real worlds. Oh yes. That’s extreme love right there. Visit their excellent website for more.
