Lintex Showroom Interior in Stockholm by Halleroed, Photo Erik Undehn | Yellowtrace

By now we know there’s a very clear and predictable pattern with the work by Stockholm-based design studio Halleröd. If they’ve done it, we’re going to love it, and this working commercial showroom for Swedish brand Lintex is no exception.

You may recall us mentioning ‘hot whiteboards’ in our Stockholm 2020 wrap up earlier this year. Yes, you heard that right – there is such thing as hot whiteboards, especially when they’re elegantly framed in timber and designed by – again, you guessed it, Christian Halleröd.

Halleröd was also behind Lintex’s Stockholm Furniture Fair presence with a seductive, minimalist stand that perfectly captured the brand ethos. Naturally, when it came to creating the new showroom space for the brand, there was only one practice for the job.

Located on Åsögatan street in Stockholm’s uber-trendy area of Södermalm, the Lintex showroom interior is a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, with just the right amount of “corporate dag” thrown in, in the coolest possible way, of course. Walls are lined in warm timber, while Lintex whiteboards are, naturally, dotted throughout the space. The aesthetic strikes a balance between the vintage and contemporary, thanks to the clever edit of furniture, objects and menacing cacti that give the interior a contemporary edge.

Ten points from us.
