Siblings Oliver and Ruby Hagen commissioned interior designer Holly White to translate their commitment to organic and regenerative meats into a thoughtful retail environment that mirrors their artisanal offerings.White’s design approach strips back unnecessary elements to let the real stars—the exceptional produce—take cantre stage. Drawing inspiration from agricultural heritage, galvanized sheet metal wraps the deli cabinets in a brilliant stroke that both modernizes the space and pays homage to the brand’s farming connections.
