Zoe Miller and David Goodman are millergoodman – a design duo from Brighton, England that specialises in products for children. They make kids books for the Tate Gallery, and are also the creators of award-winning wooden toys PlayShapes. They recently made these funny little ‘totems’ from salvaged materials combining re-appropriated objects and old toy parts. These were recently exhibited at the one and only Spazio Rossana Orlandi (previously here and here).I am absolutely amazed at millergoodman‘s ability to convey so many personalities and expressions in these sculptures using nothing but timber offcuts, scraps of tin and old springs. So imaginative and inspiring. Below are a few images from their book ‘Faces’. By the way, their online shhhop is full of super fun goodness for the little pepole.[Images courtesy of millergoodman.]Share the love:FacebookTwitterLinkedInEmailPinterest Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Δ
