Poliform Australia announces the exciting collaboration between iconic Italian furniture brand Arflex and renowned design house Fornasetti to bring together pattern and form – a perfect match of two adventurous brands. This unique partnership sees a meeting of historical furniture pieces with the unmistakable patterns and prints to conceive a limited edition collection of distinctive pieces along with a diorama exhibition curated by leading Australian stylist, Steve Cordony. The limited edition collection allows a new appreciation of signature Arflex pieces and reveals how these two iconic brands remain relevant in homes today.

The rich history of Arflex spans over 65 years, full of innovation and experimentation since its rise. For Arflex it is not only about making furniture, but also the journey which continues today paring with Fornasetti. Fornasetti celebrates Piero Fornasetti, a Milanese painter, sculptor, decorator and engraver who created more than 11,000 items, featuring the face of soprano Lina Cavalieri which will now be available in an exclusive limited edition number of Arflex furniture and accessory pieces.

Arflex’s coveted limited edition pieces are available in store and online from Poliform, along with Fornasetti home accessories. These include: Delfino armchair & pouf, Daybed, Diva screen, Penta ottoman and Elettra armchair.

The Limited Edition Arflex & Fornasetti collection is showcased in a diorama exhibition of storytelling vignettes styled by Steve Cordony in both the Sydney and Melbourne showrooms until 30th September 2015. Also on display will be Australia’s first look at new releases by Arflex fresh from Milan Furniture Fair including Mangold, Delphino, Cross, Match and Jules. Do not miss it!
