Coco Chanel — The Woman Behind the Legend.

Chapter 5 in the series ‘Inside Chanel‘ tells the story of Gabrielle ‘Coco’ Chanel — the woman behind the legend. Gabrielle Chanel was a young orphan from very humble beginnings, that as we would later discover, had such a profound impact on her design aesthetic and sensibilities. As her style and skills as a designer and seamstress developed in later years, and with the help and support of the love of her life Boy Capel, she would be reinvented to become Coco Chanel. Coco would go on to transform the female silhouette and in doing so “launched a new century of fashion”.
